Avios Award: Terms & Conditions

A. This offer of Avios through the purchase of Wanda by Avios’ Single-Trip insurance policy (“Offer”) is jointly provided by (1) Open Insurance Services UK Limited (“Open”) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at 91 Wimpole Street London W1G0EF registered company number 9365669; and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside (Hea3) PO Box 365, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073

B. To be eligible for this Offer, customers must (“Eligible Participant”):
1. be at least 18 years old;
2. be a Member of the British Airways Executive Club (“Executive Club”);
3. purchase a Wanda by Avios insurance policy from Open; and
4. have not cancelled the policy within 15 days from the date of purchase.

C. To earn Avios, an Eligible Participant must be the main traveller on a Wanda by Avios policy, and must link this policy with their Executive Club account using the link provided once a policy has been purchased.

D. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Executive Club terms and conditions, for further details please visit https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/executive-club/terms-and-conditions.

E. A collection Avios rate of 20 Avios per £1 spent is applicable on Wanda by Avios single trip travel insurance policies purchased, up to a maximum of 1000 Avios per insurance policy purchased. Alternative collection rates may apply on a promotional basis.

F. Where a policy is cancelled or amended within 15 days of purchase, any Avios already awarded before the change in question may be debited from the Executive Club member's account.

G. Member accounts should be credited with Avios after linking the eligible travel insurance policy to an Executive Club account, however, it may take up to 45 days for the Avios to appear in a member's statement

H. Customers must link their Executive Club Account within 60 days of purchasing the policy to gain the Avios reward. Retrospective claims for Avios after this period are not permitted.

I. This Offer is valid on policies purchased between 18th December 2024 and 18th March 2025.

K. AGL and Open reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

L. AGL and Open reserve the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so. By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and Open or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering this Offer. Avios Group Limited reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.

O. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

P. AGL and Open do not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Offer.

Q. AGL and Open’s collective decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
