Cancellation Flex only applies to trips that:
Are paid for no more than 48 hours before you purchased your travel insurance policy, or paid for after you purchased your policy.
Are cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure date.
Are booked no more than 12 months in advance and at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time.
